Tech Leaders Index UK processes public employer data, optional newsletter signups, job-posting enquiries and engineering-audit submissions.
What we collect
We may collect email addresses, consent records, company submissions, job listing details and public-data signals used to calculate the matrix. We do not need sensitive immigration documents from users to operate the public tracker.
Newsletter and alerts
Visa alerts are sent by Tech Leaders Index UK from alerts@techleadersindex.com. Subscriber records must include clear consent and can be removed on unsubscribe or request.
Retention
We aim to keep only the data needed to operate the service, respond to submissions and maintain an appropriate audit trail. Subscriber records can be deleted on unsubscribe or request.
Public data
Employer rankings may use public registers, public market data and public code repository signals. The platform avoids storing unnecessary personal developer metadata.
